Campaigns are delivered on the first-price auction principle: the highest bid wins the inventory and is charged at the bid price. You can adjust your bid percentage at any time during the campaign to optimise delivery and performance.
Every campaign gets a base-CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions). It may already be pre-negotiated between you and your cinema sales house, and is then your campaign’s floor price. If the pre-set CPM doesn’t match your agreed terms, you can suggest a revised CPM during setup.
The base-CPM adjusts automatically based on your campaign specifications:
Choose the number of spots and the spot duration.
Drag and drop your MP4 video onto the platform. Choose voucher yes or no: with yes, you order your voucher and get an email when it’s ready.
Enter the campaign start and end date, and pick specific days and time slots.
Target by demographics such as ‘Adults’ (A12+) and ‘Family’ (family movies), or refine with gender, age or movie genres.
Set the geographic scope of your campaign by choosing the cinemas that match your campaign goals.
Enter your bid percentage for the first-price auction and your maximum campaign budget, and suggest a new base-CPM if needed.
When your cinema spot is played, a digital voucher can be delivered directly to people in the audience.
Vouchers are distributed to all audience members who played the CineGame at the beginning of the preshow.
Vouchers are stored in the CineGame app wallet, so they’re easy to find and redeem.
This bridges cinema advertising with direct audience engagement, and opens up new conversion opportunities.
Spot quality and adherence to cinema advertising standards.
If you suggested a new base-CPM, it must also be reviewed and approved.
Once approved, your campaign status changes to ‘Approved’.
If your campaign needs adjustments, you’ll get an email with the necessary updates.
The dashboard updates after every cinema show where your spot has been played, so your campaign insights are always accurate and up to date.
Use the data to monitor delivery, and adjust your bid or strategy if needed to optimise performance.
